A native Louisiana, where he began his career editing industrial safety videos on a linear tape system, Brandon Boudreaux moved to New York City in 2000. First working on documentaries and then on the television shows Soap Center, A Baby Story, and Maternity Ward, he transitioned to advertising in 2003. At Berlin Cameron Red Cell’s in-house editorial, Day for Night, he edited commercials for Dasani Water, Coca-Cola, New York Life Insurance, Boost Mobile and more.
Working with ad agencies Pereira O'dell, Anomaly, Weiden Kennedy, Digitas, Ogilvy, and others he’s edited commercials for brands such as Spotify, Samsung, Empower Financial, Starburst, Zelle, Fifth Third Bank, Snapple, ESPN, IHOP, and Wendy’s while also his helping clients win new business and awards with pitch videos and case studies.
Having spent more than 6 years as a Senior Editor in the MTV Promos Department he edited promos for multiple years of the Video Music Awards, the MTV Movie Awards, Wild n’ Out, and numerous other shows and network branding. He’s also edited music videos for The Killers, Beyonce, Mattafix, Editors, Lee Ranaldo, Teyana Taylor, and Rick Ross.
The narrative films he’s cut have played in countless festivals and have won awards at Fantasia, FilmQuest, Overlook, and Seattle International Film Festival.
Directors he's worked with over the years include Benji Weinstein, Matthew Swanson, Kim Nguyen, Seyi Peter Thomas, The Chartrands, Micah Perta, Steve Figueirdo, Ashley George, Scott Cudmore, Speck/Gordon, Larry Charles, Randy Krallman, Jeff Preiss, Dave Meyers, Diane Martel, & Kevin Thomas.
Brandon is able to work remotely from his studio in Harlem or onsite anywhere in the world.
